About me

I started in recruitment in 2004 before laptops were on desks. Like many recruiters, recruitment found me, and I’ve stayed present ever since. 2011 I came to Melbourne, as my parents were living in rural Victoria. I started Forefront in 2018 working across the construction sector in Australia.

Why Recruitment

I enjoy recruiting and connecting with like-minded people. I focus on leading the business and partnering with forward-thinking construction companies and professionals. Recruitment has allowed me to work all over the world and visit some great places.

When I am not at work

You’ll find me being the best Dad I can be, on the golf course, in the garden, socialising with friends, watching Arsenal, thinking about work, reading, and travelling!

About Me

I started my recruitment journey at the beginning of 2023 after being in the Arts for 14 years and oil and gas for 10 years before that. It was time for a change! I started working at Forefront Recruitment back in July of 2023. It was an incredibly serendipitous turn of events that led me to be in the right place at the right time. I feel very fortunate to have landed at Forefront with Rob. I act as Rob’s 2ic and assist in all recruitment for our trusted clients and developing the business in any way I can.

Why recruitment

It’s no mystery that a career in the arts is often not a profitable one. So, after my daughter was born, I decided to shift my focus. A close friend recommended I look at recruitment as an option. He was right.

When I’m not at work

I enjoy being with my family, surfing, being a regular gym goer, watching AFL (go West Coast), and being outside in nature.

About Me

I started working at Forefront in November 2019 as a Recruitment Assistant, focusing on the commercial and multi-residential construction sectors. Currently, I hold the position of Recruitment and Operations Manager, overseeing daily business operations in close collaboration with the team.

Why Recruitment

With my background in customer service, I found great satisfaction in assisting people with their needs. Transitioning into recruitment, I discovered that it's equally gratifying to have a significant impact on someone's life by helping them secure their dream job, or assisting a client in finding the perfect individual to drive their business growth.

When I am not at work

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, immersing myself in a good book on my Kindle, or enjoying the calming craft of crochet.

About Me

When I am not at work

When I am not at at work, I am looking after my young family, enjoying restaurants, and travelling!
