Kapitol is pleased to announce a new project with NEXTDC: a cutting-edge data centre at the M2 facility in Tullamarine. This is Kapitol’s largest contract with NEXTDC to date, following nine months of close collaboration through ECI, early works, and GMP phases. The project is scheduled for completion by mid-2025.
The facility will include a basement, three levels, and a rooftop plant deck. The M2 team has excelled in early works, setting the stage for a successful build.
This project marks Kapitol’s 17th contract with NEXTDC, reflecting a strong partnership built over time. It also highlights Kapitol’s innovation and expertise in the data centre sector.
