This role is in the small works division of a respected Melbourne builder, the same business known for their $40M architect-designed homes. But here, you’ll handle sharp, well-run $200k to $2M projects for longstanding clients. High expectations. No cut corners.
It’s perfect for a CA who enjoys juggling a few live jobs, making calls without red tape, and seeing results quickly. The work ranges from detailed upgrades and extensions to specialist one-off requests from new and repeat clients, always architect-led, always high spec.
You’ll be backed by strong systems (Procore, Aconex, Cubit, Estimate One), a switched-on Project Manager, and a director who understands site pressure and supports without micromanaging. Want to work four days a week? No issue, the setup allows for flexibility without piling on the workload.

To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on contractor experience in a CA or PC capacity. Due to the nature of the clients you work with, a police check will also be undertaken.
