This is a chance to join a well-resourced, high-quality school build in Melbourne’s north. The project is live and currently at the fit-out stage. Valued at $35 million, you’ll be part of a structured team and will be supporting an experienced SM and PM. They are there to guide you and develop you into an SM running their own sites in the not-too-distant future.
The business has a strong track record across national commercial, educational, and government projects. With robust systems, a no-fuss culture, and a reputation for developing talent internally, they’ve become one of the industry’s most stable and consistent builders.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activity, ensuring trades are working safely and to programme, and maintaining a high standard of quality and communication on site.
To be successful, you’ll need solid experience on commercial new builds, refurbs, and fit-outs, ideally in the commercial sector. You’re someone who leads by example, is highly organised, holds people accountable, and knows how to keep momentum going on site.
This is a long-term opportunity with a builder that offers growth, stability, and ongoing project continuity. Depending on your experience, the salary is up to $145k, including super.
