Looking for a Contract Administrator role where you’re trusted to run the numbers and steer the commercial side properly? Somewhere you can work across complex, well-managed projects with leadership who know what good looks like?
This position sits within the main construction division of a builder that’s heading in the right direction. Projects range from $2m to $25m and include heavy refurbishments, commercial new builds and mixed-use work. You’ll handle the contractual detail, manage cost control and be the person the site and client look to for clarity.
Based in Melbourne’s inner east, you’ll be part of a professional, tight-knit team that values communication and accountability. The owner and GM are approachable, grounded and like to have fun while running a well-organised business. That attitude filters through the company, which is why the culture is positive and staff turnover is low.
It’s a role for someone on the senior side who enjoys the contractual end of the job. Maybe you’ve been a CA for a few years and are ready to step up, or you’re already managing the commercial delivery but want a clear pathway to Commercial Manager. Either way, this is where the right person can progress without losing the balance that keeps the work enjoyable.
The package is up to $160k, depending on experience. It includes projects that will challenge you technically and a team that supports each other professionally and personally.
