This role will involve working closely with the General Manager. You will assist her on upcoming tenders for a diverse range of industrial and commercial projects. The expectation is that you will be an autonomous estimator working on numerous tenders at any given time. You will also have the support of a junior estimator.
This is a team of calm, professional people who take pride in the work but don’t take themselves too seriously. There is an open-door policy; if you need help with anything, just ask.
Every two months, the team meets with a third-party HR partner, an independent professional with whom you can discuss, provide feedback, or seek support when needed. Regular social catch-ups also keep things feeling connected and enjoyable.
There is also a bonus scheme for projects delivered successfully. This is a business that aims to bring out the best in its people.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least three years of local experience as an estimator for a commercial builder. Industrial and/or commercial new-build project experience is an absolute must.
The salary package is up to $155k, including super. Open to negotiation for the right candidate.
