Junior Site Manager

Apply Now

Have you run one or two projects and you’re ready for the next step in your career?

This role is suited to a developing Site Manager or a Foreman ready to step up, offering the chance to take real ownership while still having the right support around you. You’ll be based in Hawthorn on a $2.5m commercial heritage restoration project with high-end finishes, where detail, sequencing and site control genuinely matter.

To be considered, you must have delivered at least one commercial or high-end residential project in a Site Manager or lead Foreman capacity. You’ll need to be confident across OHS, short-term programming, quality control and coordinating trades day to day. This won’t suit someone without hands-on delivery experience.

The business specialises in heritage restoration and commercial construction, delivering projects typically between $1-3m across four to eight month programs. That means variety, momentum and the chance to build experience across multiple jobs, not just one long project. Leadership stays close to the work and places value on clear systems, accountability and developing people as the business grows.

You’ll have support from a PM and CA team across the project, but the site will be yours to run. Weekend work isn’t standard, but may be required occasionally depending on project demands. With more work already secured, there’s a clear pathway to grow with the business.

Salary is $125k + super, aligned with someone ready to take that next step and build depth in their experience.
