If you’re looking for a way into commercial construction with a company that will actually develop you, this is the kind of role that gives you the right exposure without throwing you in the deep end. It suits someone who’s worked on site and is ready to step into a Junior Site Manager role.
You’ll be involved in delivering projects across the commercial, defence and government space, supporting senior Site Managers on major builds while taking the lead on smaller upgrades and minor works. It’s a setup that gives you responsibility early, with the right guidance around you so your progression feels supported rather than rushed.
The business has doubled in size over the last year. Even with that growth, the culture remains personal and people-focused. Staff consistently talk about the supportive environment, the emphasis on development and the genuine care shown by the leadership team. They operate across multiple states, delivering everything from quick-turnaround upgrades to more complex builds up to $30m.
To be considered, you must have a carpentry qualification or a construction diploma or degree, plus some exposure to commercial construction.
The salary is $70k-$80k plus super, depending on the experience you bring.
