If you’re a Project Manager looking for the 'buzz' of a growing, up-and-coming business, you will want to apply.
This role will suit you if you’re comfortable across both new build and fit-outs. Projects are spread across greater Melbourne, with the head office just south of the CBD, with site visits as needed, keeping your days varied.
The timing matters here. The business closed out last year by winning six new projects, which has driven some smart internal moves. A Head of Systems and a dedicated Contract Administrator to support the site-based PMs and PCs have recently come on board, strengthening the delivery structure so projects stay well run as volume increases. The team sits at 13, which keeps communication direct and decision-making quick. It’s busy, but it’s controlled.
The business is investing ahead of growth rather than reacting to it. You’ll also be backed by down-to-earth, approachable directors who have done it all. There are regular social activities, reviews, and a strong team culture, as you would expect in a smaller business.
There is a requirement to work weekends, but only if required and on a rotation with the designated site team. You will need at least 3 years of experience as a CA on similar projects and at least 1 year as a PM. We are interested in meeting with upcoming PMs or very experienced PMs
The salary package is up to $200k, depending on experience.
