You’ll run your own projects, working closely with a newly appointed Senior Project Manager and a leadership team that stays involved and accessible. The General Manager is approachable and easy to deal with, someone you can call for a second opinion or support when needed.
The work itself is a mix of commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne. Current jobs include an upmarket warehouse development with high-spec finishes, detailed joinery, stone features and a mezzanine, along with a multi-warehouse project in Rosebud and a childcare development in the northern suburbs. It’s a steady pipeline with enough variety to keep things interesting.
The business is an established commercial builder with a strong track record and a high level of repeat work. That flow-on work means jobs are well scoped, relationships are already in place, and you’re not constantly walking into difficult situations from day one.
Based out of their Albert Park office, you’ll be part of a team that values consistency, clear communication and getting on with the job without unnecessary noise.
Salary package up to $170k, depending on your experience.
