Forefront Recruitment is based on the Mornington Peninsula, working with construction clients across Australia. The business has been built on long-term relationships and repeat work, so you’re not starting from scratch. There is live activity from day one, but you will be expected to take ownership and run processes properly.
This opportunity can be based remotely from Melbourne, with one day per week in the Mornington Peninsula office. The rest of your week can be structured around output. We care about performance and consistency, not presenteeism.
You will work directly with the Director, learning how briefs are taken, how negotiations are handled and how long-term partnerships are built. There is no internal politics or corporate structure, just a clear line between effort and outcome.
Alongside this, we are developing new markets that we have already validated. This creates a genuine opportunity to build out your own vertical within an established brand, rather than competing internally.
The environment is focused, professional and adult. If you value autonomy without micromanagement, this will suit you.
You will be supported by marketing and admin, so your time is spent on revenue-generating activity. Accountability sits with you. You need to be comfortable on the phone, capable of qualifying properly and confident in closing.
Flexibility is there, but performance comes first. When the team performs, we celebrate it. Client events, team days and autonomy are all part of it, but this is a business built on output.
You will need at least one year of recruitment experience and be able to show you have worked live roles, spoken directly with candidates and driven outcomes. Hunger and coachability matter as much as experience.
Base salary sits between $75k and $90k plus super, with quarterly commission and structured annual bonuses.
