This business is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator who is at the cusp of making that step into a PM role.
It's been a record two years for this T3 builder, and now, through the acquisition of multiple projects, they are in need of your expertise.
The business delivers fit-outs and new builds, with new builds making up around 70% of the current workload. The directors bring over 50 years of combined experience and know-how to keep teams aligned. They foster a culture of recognition, progression, and consistency. Catch-ups, training, annual reviews, and a genuine sense of team. Most of their projects come through referrals, not open tenders.
You’ll be backed by capable Jnr PCs, well-established and experienced SMs, long-standing preferred trades and mentored by you, PM and the directors.
To be considered, you’ll need at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction as a PC or CA. You’ll also need a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management and a stable track record locally.
Salary is up to $150k, including super.
