This role sees you leading a 7-storey office build in Campbellfield for a builder that gets consistent feedback for being professional, organised and fair to work with. Systems are established, expectations are clear and site teams are trusted to do their job properly.
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery on site. You’ll be the main point of contact for all site activity, coordinating trades, managing the program, addressing issues as they arise and keeping the build moving. Quality and safety matter here, and you’ll have the backing to maintain both.
To be considered, you must be an experienced Site Manager who has delivered builds of similar quality. Confidence in managing subcontractors, solving problems in real time and maintaining momentum through to completion is essential.
You’ll be joining an established construction business with strong internal processes and a practical, construction-led approach. Retention is strong, leadership is visible and projects are set up properly from the outset.
Salary is available up to $200k plus super, depending on experience.
