Deliver commercial fit outs across Greater Melbourne valued from $500k to $5m with a builder experiencing strong and consistent growth.
More than six projects are scheduled to begin in the next three months as the business continues to grow year on year. The past two financial years have been record periods for the company, with the upcoming year expected to follow the same trajectory.
Projects range from detailed commercial refurbishments through to complete interior fit outs across various sectors. Work is located across Melbourne from the western suburbs through the north, extending south toward Frankston and southeast toward Pakenham.
You will work closely with the directors, who remain actively involved in delivery and stay connected to what is happening on site. The culture is practical and team focused, with a group of long-term staff who are there to support you and the project.
To be considered, you will need previous experience working for a head contractor delivering commercial projects. A background delivering fit outs or refurbishment projects is preferred, along with a stable employment history locally. A strong OHS focus is a must.
Salary will depend on experience and role fit, with packages generally sitting between $130k and $150k including super.
