You’ll be stepping into a business that has over six projects scheduled to begin within the next three months. Growth has been steady, and delivery is consistent, that being said 25/26 have been and will continue to be record years!
Their work spans from detailed fit-outs to structural new builds, with values ranging from $1 to $10 million for fit-outs and from $ 5 to $20 million for new builds. They have projects from the West through the North, as far South as Frankston and as far Southeast as Pakenham.
You’ll work closely with the directors, who are approachable and experienced. They stay connected to delivery and value what happens on-site. The culture is hands-on, team-focused, and built around long-term staff who enjoy coming to work.
To be considered, you’ll need a minimum of two years as a stand-alone SM with a head contractor, delivering commercial newbuilds between $3 to $10 million. Candidates coming from a subcontractor with no experience working for a builder will not be considered. You’ll also need a stable, local employment history,
Salary will depend on experience and role fit, up to around $180k including super.
