The northern suburbs have a high demand for greenfield projects, and this builder has existing and upcoming projects. They need you to deliver their upcoming instituional builds in the north.
You’ll work closely with the directors, who are approachable and experienced. They stay connected to delivery and value what happens on-site. The culture is hands-on, team-focused, and built around long-term staff who enjoy coming to work.
The pipeline is solid, and most of the work comes from repeat business and referrals, not the open market.
To be considered, you’ll need a minimum of four years as a stand-alone SM with a head contractor, delivering institutional newbuilds above $10 million. Candidates coming from a subcontractor with no experience working for a builder will not be considered. You’ll also need a stable, local employment history,
Salary will depend on experience and role fit, up to around $190k including super.
