For the next 10 months, you’ll take full control of a $3m commercial build in Geelong within an aged care setting. It’s a client-facing environment, so clear communication, professional presentation and strong site leadership are essential. You’ll manage the construction schedule, coordinate trades, oversee safety and quality, and work directly for a head contractor - not just as a supervisor, but as the person genuinely responsible for delivery on site.
You’ll be joining a well-structured commercial builder with a solid pipeline and repeat client base across Victoria. They deliver a range of commercial projects and pride themselves on clear systems, realistic timeframes and leadership that backs their Site Managers. The Geelong project is ready to go - and you’ll be trusted to own it.
It would suit someone living in Geelong or Melbourne’s western suburbs who can comfortably work in either location.
To be considered for this role, you need proven commercial site management experience for a head contractor. The salary package is up to $150k, depending on your experience and track record.
