If you’re the kind of Site Manager who runs a disciplined schedule, leads from the front and has the respect of your trades because of how you operate, not because of your title, this one's for you.
This role suits someone who’s already delivered $20m-$50m builds and wants to keep working at that level.
You’ll be trusted to run complex projects across Melbourne. New builds and major refurbishments across sectors such as education, community, commercial and health. Projects that require planning, coordination and leadership.
The expectation is simple. Own the site. Drive the program. Keep quality high. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants. And protect the company’s reputation every step of the way.
The head office is based in Kew, with a 60-person team and a business established in 2012. They’ve delivered more than 110 projects and sit at 70% repeat work, which tells you how they operate. Directors are hands-on and accessible. ISO accredited systems are in place. The structure is solid.
This isn’t a stepping-stone role. You need to be commercially aware, calm under pressure and confident managing large teams on complex builds. In return, you’ll be paid accordingly, with a package up to $250k.
