Projects are properly resourced, programs are realistic and you’re trusted to run your site without unnecessary interference.
The role suits someone with 5+ years’ experience, ideally with exposure to high-end fitout, complex builds or low to mid-rise multi-res projects. You’re comfortable managing trades and consultants, maintaining strong safety and quality standards and keeping projects on track through good planning rather than firefighting.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of around 40, led by two Directors who live and breathe construction. They back their people, invest in the systems that make good work possible and value collaboration, accountability and straight-up communication. This suits someone looking to commit for the long term and grow with the business.
The head office is based in South Yarra, set in a vibrant pocket with great energy and no shortage of quality dining, coffee and retail options nearby. The salary package is in the $150k - $200k range, depending on your experience.
