A growing builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver institutional new builds, with more to follow once this is complete.
You will be supported by passionate and available directors. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll lead an education project and establish yourself as the go-to person in the region for future work.

You need at least four years of experience delivering institutional new builds locally over $10 million for a reputable builder. Knowledge of modern processes, OHS, and tech is absolutely essential. Candidates from civil, client-side, or subcontractors will not be considered.
The salary package on offer is up to $190k, depending on experience.
