Are you a Site Manager who enjoys running well-organised commercial projects and being trusted to lead site delivery without unnecessary noise?
The role covers a mix of commercial new build and fit-out projects across Melbourne’s western suburbs. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site management, including safety, quality, subcontractor coordination and program, supported by experienced project teams and established systems.
While the project mix is broadly commercial, experience delivering specifically medical new build projects would be well regarded. If you’ve worked in regulated environments and understand the importance of planning, sequencing and clear communication, you’ll feel comfortable stepping into this role.
Projects are predominantly based in the west, providing consistency and reducing the need to bounce between sites across the city.
You’ll be joining a respected national builder coming off a very successful 2025, with 2026 forecast to be a major growth year. The business is known for its structure, stability and people-first culture, offering an environment where capable Site Managers are supported and backed to do their job well.
The salary package up to $190k, depending on experience, along with long-term project security and a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
