You’re already operating as a Site Manager or in a similar role, running your own projects, but now you’re looking for that next step. A chance to get onto a larger, more complex build and be mentored as you develop into a more senior role.
This is your opportunity. You’ll be the 2IC on a $13m high-end school project in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, getting involved from the early stages and seeing it right through to completion. You’ll work closely with an experienced Site Manager, gaining exposure to higher-level coordination, stronger systems and a clear path to stepping into your own larger builds.
It’s the kind of project where finishes matter, coordination is key and attention to detail sets the standard.
Day to day, you’ll be supporting site operations, coordinating trades, managing the programme alongside the Site Manager, and making sure quality and safety are maintained across the build. It’s hands-on without being thrown in the deep end, with the right level of responsibility to keep you progressing.
The business itself sits in that sweet spot. Established, structured, and delivering projects from $1m to $20m across sectors like education, commercial and community. With around 60 people in the team, ISO-accredited systems and a strong reputation backed by repeat clients and consistent delivery. Leadership is hands-on, and people who perform well tend to stay and grow.
Salary is up to $130k plus super, depending on experience.
To be considered, you must currently be working as a Site Manager or in a very similar role, delivering comparable projects.
