Site Supervisor

This major civil upgrade comes with scale, clear scope and a newly built team, and it needs someone who can take control of the civil works and keep the program moving. If you want a role where decisions are made on the ground and your experience actually drives progress, this will suit you.

You’ll be supervising heavy-duty concrete slabs, flexible pavements, drainage systems, ground stabilisation and structural steel installations. The work is technical, sequence-driven and time-sensitive, so your focus will be on maintaining standards, staying ahead of issues and keeping crews aligned. That means managing daily operations, coordinating plant and materials, monitoring quality across civil and steel packages, and maintaining a safe, organised site that runs efficiently.

The contractor delivering this upgrade is a national D&C business known for practical leadership, well-run projects and strong technical capability. They’ve delivered major industrial and marine-adjacent projects across Australia and are now building out their Victorian operations. This $100m first stage is backed by experienced engineering, commercial and site leadership, so you’re joining an organised structure with clear expectations.

It’s a 12-month contract with the potential for more as the broader program continues. The package sits between $170k and $220k depending on experience, reflecting the project’s demands and the South Gippsland location. To be considered, you’ll need at least five years’ supervisory experience in civil construction and the confidence to manage complex works.
