To be considered, you’ll need three years as a sole contract administrator in high-end residential or detailed commercial projects. That might mean basements, suspended slabs, off-form concrete or complex finishes where precision mattered. If you’ve worked in multi-residential or commercial builds and want to step into high-end, your skills will transfer.
On offer is a salary package of up to $140K including super, depending on experience. The interview process is straightforward: a first meet-and-greet with a Director, followed by a second round with both Directors and the Construction Manager.
