Forefront Recruitment is headquartered on the Mornington Peninsula and works with construction clients across Australia. We have long-standing relationships and repeat work. There is inbound. You won’t be starting from zero, but you will be expected to take ownership of live roles and run them properly.
You will work directly with the Director. There are no corporate layers and no internal politics. You will see how briefs are taken, how negotiations are handled and how long-term client relationships are built.
We are also developing emerging markets that we have identified and validated. There is a genuine opportunity to help build a vertical inside an established brand rather than fighting internally for scraps.
We expect consultants to be in the office at least three days per week. The environment is focused, professional and adult. If you value autonomy without micromanagement, you’ll appreciate how we operate.
You will be supported by marketing and administrative resources so you can focus on revenue-generating activities. Accountability sits with you. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, properly qualifying candidates, and closing.
Flexibility exists here, but performance comes first. When the team performs, we celebrate it properly. Client events, team days and autonomy are part of the culture, but this is not a holiday environment.
You will need at least 1 year of recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate that you have worked on live roles, spoken directly with candidates and driven outcomes. Hunger and coachability matter as much as tenure.
Base salary $75-90k plus super depending on experience, plus quarterly commission and structured annual performance bonuses.
