As an experienced Snr PM, this role has a straight shot to CM, based on the existing structure within the business. The carrot here is that if you hit the ground fast enough, deliver and develop at a high level, you will be promoted to CM. The business's goal is to promote from within, and they need a CM.
You'll join a well-established, growing commercial builder with a leadership team that values your expertise and input.
This role has been created due to the business's expansion over the last year, as the industrial sector has grown significantly. Now, there is space for someone of your experience to join the team and oversee all live projects and offer support to the GM.
You'll take charge of the current live projects, a mix including childcare fit-outs, owner-occupied warehouse developments, and a commercial new build. You will be responsible for team performance, construction programming, and on-site outcomes. You'll mentor delivery teams, drive quality across all sites and ensure timelines and budgets are on track.
Like any company worth its salt, it is going to great lengths to modernise its culture and look after its employees. It has recently implemented a third-party HR department, a rewards scheme for employees who excel, and individual and project team reviews to ensure everyone is heard and developing.
You need extensive experience in senior roles such as Project Manager, delivering commercial and industrial new builds.
The package is up to $220k, including super plus car allowance and bonuses.
