The build is a striking bespoke single dwelling in the bay-side area, blending off-form concrete, refined detailing, and modern residential design, an ideal job for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and tight site control and has extensive experience as a SM on projects with this level of detail and client-facing requirements.
You’ll be supported by an experienced Director and delivery team.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience delivering high-end residential or detailed commercial builds. This means projects of similar values and or technically challenging components, such as basements, suspended slabs, and off-form concrete. Or large commercial projects where the pace, systems, processes and scale are applicable to a build such as this.

The salary is up to a $200k package for the right candidate.
