If you enjoy being at the centre of a construction site where things are moving quickly and decisions matter, this will feel like a step forward.
This role suits someone who’s comfortable supporting large-scale construction projects that don’t follow a neat, predictable script. The project is live, logistically challenging and constantly evolving, which means your ability to stay organised, keep information moving and support the team on the ground will be noticed every day.
Based in South Gippsland, you’ll be the go-to support for project and site leadership, working with engineers, supervisors, trades and a sizeable internal project team of 40+ staff. Document control, site administration and coordination will sit at the core of your role, but the real value you bring is keeping momentum when things are busy and priorities are shifting.
Day to day, you’ll be managing project documentation and systems, supporting site mobilisation and ongoing works, assisting with cost tracking and reporting, coordinating information between site and office teams and dealing directly with subcontractors and consultants. It’s a hands-on role in a live environment, so experience in fast-paced, large-scale construction is essential.
This will suit someone who has already worked on complex builds where access, logistics and sequencing matter, and who enjoys being embedded on site rather than sitting behind a desk away from the action. Construction experience is a must, along with the confidence to communicate clearly with trades and project teams alike.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential of ongoing work as the broader project scope continues to unfold. The package is up to $120k + super, reflecting the role's responsibility and site-based nature, with the chance to be part of a landmark project that will stand out on your CV.
