This is an opportunity for CAs in the Ballarat area who have experience in either residential or commercial construction to step into a site-based CA position on $18 million social housing project. Even if you're a PC and have had a decent amount of exposure to contracts, we still want to hear from you.
You’ll be joining a respected builder with a strong pipeline across Victoria and an expanding regional presence. Their newest project in Ballarat is a multi-level residential development that combines design quality with social purpose, offering an excellent opportunity for a CA.
You will have guidance from an experienced Project Manager and SM. Being full-time on-site will give you increased presence, control, and growth in your position.

The role would suit someone with previous CA or project coordination experience with a head contractor construction company. You must have a degree or diploma in construction management. Proficiency with project management software will also be key to success in this role.
Salary will align with experience, generally between $110k and $140k, including super. If you are more senior than this range, we still want to hear from you.
