You’ll step into a key estimating role with real responsibility from day one. The package is up to $135k, including super, depending on experience. You’ll be pricing commercial projects up to $15m and helping shape how the estimating function evolves as the business continues to grow. Experience with Cubit will be viewed favourably.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive estimating team of three, working alongside an Estimating Manager with over 10 years of experience, so you’ll be in safe hands. The Director is approachable and down to earth, meaning there’s plenty of support on offer while still giving you the space to make the role your own.
You’ll be based in their South Yarra head office, surrounded by good coffee, dining and easy transport options. Every Monday, the team meets to align priorities so everyone knows what’s coming up. It’s a company that’s built a strong track record across Victoria and South Australia and has now expanded into Queensland from a steady pipeline of work.
This is an excellent opportunity if you’ve priced similar commercial builds and want to take that next step with guidance from experienced leaders. It suits a junior or intermediate Estimator who wants to be trusted, supported and listened to.
You’ll need experience pricing commercial construction projects for a head contractor, ideally between $1m and $15m, and confidence using estimating software such as Cubit.
