You’d be stepping into an established Sydney division for a national design and construction specialist delivering commercial fit-outs and refurbishments up to $10m. The team is seven strong, experienced, and performing well. The structure, systems, and client base are already there. What’s needed now is someone to lead, grow, and bring that next level of local presence and energy.
You’ll report to a Director based in Victoria who’s entrepreneurial, personable, and has a good sense of humour. Someone who values collaboration, initiative, and straight talk over corporate polish.
It’s a rare mix of autonomy and backing. You’ll inherit a stable team with low turnover, national support when needed, and the space to grow Sydney’s profile through innovative leadership and business development.
To be successful, you’ll bring proven experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment with a build/head contractor, along with a track record of leading and developing teams in the build sector. You’ll understand how to win work, manage clients, and build a business in a competitive Sydney market.
Based in Sydney's CBD, the salary is up to $250k plus super and a potential bonus.
