Ready to step up from Senior Site Manager to Junior Construction Manager?
This is an opportunity for a Site Manager with strong organisational and administrative capabilities to step into a role focused on systems, documentation, and operational oversight. This role offers the platform to deliver quality projects without the typical boots-on-the-ground focus.
You will oversee projects from conception to completion, coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining accurate records of progress and costs. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure programmes are on track, resources are allocated effectively, and safety and quality standards are met.
The company has over 35 years in the game and is now stepping into a new phase of the business, which is bringing in significantly larger projects and a recalibration of their management structure. Along with this growth comes an influx of energetic and progressive minds, which is giving the whole business a real injection of excitement and purpose. To be successful in this role, you will need 10 years of experience in civil construction as a SM running similar projects for either a subcontractor or head contractor. Preferance will be giving to, candidates with predominantly early work experience.
