Have you got a year under your belt as a Jnr CA? Or maybe you're a Carpenter with a business mind looking to learn how to be a builder?
You’ll join a well-established Melbourne builder with a reputation for delivering bespoke high-end single dwellings for Melbourne's elite.
This is a role for someone who already has time as a CA or PC working for a builder. This is a must; this is not for grads or subcontractors.
You’ll be working closely with three experienced PMs and offer administrative support to them as they manage a significant workload in the booming business. They, in turn, will take you under their wing and teach you everything they know, from compliance and procurement through to contract administration and trade coordination.
You’ll assist with letting packages, processing invoices, managing variations, and keeping documentation in order while learning how to keep projects moving and, most importantly, learning how to make sure projects are profitable. The idea being that if you have what it takes, you will be a Jnr PM within three years.
You’ll be surrounded by sharp operators who work hard, take ownership, and want to see you succeed. If you’re someone who lives and breathes construction, who wants a long-term career and isn’t afraid of high expectations, this is the right fit. If not, this won’t be for you.
You must have local site experience for a commercial construction company. Experience in civil is not valid.
Salary is up to $100k, including super.
