This is your opportunity to take ownership of key civil construction projects with a growing civil subcontractor. You'll be joining a well-established group that is expanding not just in terms of its team but also in project sizes, now, looking at projects up to $20 million.
You'll work with experienced site teams running large early works packages for commercial T1 commercial new builds that require complex in-ground services. You will also have the support of a CA, as well as a PE, which is not common in businesses of this size.
But it's not just head-down driving projects to PC. The team gets together quarterly for social activities that include go-karting, barefoot lawn bowls, and the odd pub lunch. The leaders have a modern approach to work-life balance, and the vibe in the office is that of a group of friends, in it together, kicking goals.
To succeed, you'll need at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the civil or infrastructure sector, running large or multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field is essential.
Salary is up to $200k, including super, plus a car.
