You’ll step into a role paying up to $220k, leading two ultra high-end penthouse developments in Richmond. A $12m build of six luxury apartments across five levels (with a double basement and some structural rectification work, so your technical know-how will come in handy) and a $9m project of three penthouse-style apartments on a tight site. These are complex, design-driven builds that’ll test your skill and reward your standards.
