If you come from custom, high-end residential builds, this role will make immediate sense to you. That experience isn’t a nice-to-have - it’s essential. Only candidates with a track record of delivering luxury homes will be considered.
You’ll oversee an $8m architect-designed home in the CBD - a single dwelling covering a basement, ground floor, level one and a full high-end fit-out. Work starts ramping up in Jan/Feb, and the detail on this build calls for someone who understands the sequencing, services coordination and finish quality that these projects demand.
Day-to-day, you’ll take full ownership of the site. Strong communication and solid subcontractor relationships are key, along with the ability to keep the finer details tight, right through to completion.
The company is known for its attention to detail and genuine integrity, delivering bespoke residential and commercial projects with a strong pipeline ahead. You’ll be joining a 40-strong team led by two Directors who live and breathe construction. They back their people and invest in the systems that make good work possible. Their South Yarra head office is in a vibrant pocket, surrounded by great energy and excellent dining and retail options.
The salary package is up to $200k, depending on your experience.
