You’ll be delivering a $16 million warehouse development project south of Dromana. This builder specialises in commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne. With a steady pipeline ahead, projects include warehouses, logistics facilities, manufacturing plants, and childcare developments.
You’ll join a business that has been in the game for close to 40 years and has strong relationships with developers and long-standing trades. This should be spelling stability, ethical practices and a high level of project delivery. A great spot to be in.
The directors are approachable and open, creating a transparent culture that values honesty and collaboration. Every two months, the team checks in with an independent HR partner, providing a trusted space for feedback and support.

To succeed, you’ll need proven experience as a Site Manager delivering industrial or commercial builds from start to finish, and they will need to be of a similar value.
The salary is up to $180k, including super, depending on your experience.
