You will be stepping into a role that offers the chance to lead delivery on a major civil and structural upgrade for an established national contractor. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a large, technically challenging site on a unique project.
The company operates across multiple states and delivers complex civil, structural, and design-led projects, supported by an in-house team of engineers, project managers, and construction professionals. They are known for measured growth, strong client partnerships and a fast-paced environment where motivated people can progress. You will be part of a well-resourced site team, backed by a wider office-based group that provides engineering, design, and commercial support.
To succeed in this Site Manager role, you will need experience in running civil and structural works on large packages/projects with similar values, exceeding $50 million. The position suits someone confident in leading multidisciplinary teams, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
The salary package is up to $250k, including super. Travel and accommodation to be negotiated.
