Your role will be running their smaller projects in the CBD. This opportunity will suit you if you have delivered two to three commercial fitouts, specifically office fitouts, and are now looking to step into a business that can support you and lead you to running more complex and higher-value projects.
This business has offices in multiple states, with Melbourne being one of its major hubs.
They design and construct personalised spaces in the commercial sector and have multiple projects due to start in the new year. The bulk of their projects are based in the CBD, with values ranging on average up to $6m across multiple sectors, including Office, healthcare, hospitality, and education.
The company utilises Procore and has established processes in place for you to work within.
Friday meet-ups, team drinks and lunches, bi-annual company-wide events and personal development programs are all on offer, as is a competitive salary and pipeline of projects.
The salary is up to $160k, including super for the right individual.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have worked on commercial fit-out and/or refurbishment projects and have a solid track record as a Site Manager for a commercial builder.
