You’ll supervise field teams and trades across a mix of infrastructure and services projects. The business has been growing steadily for over thirty years.
You’ll be part of a stable, close-knit crew with solid systems, capable engineers and the backing of long-term head contractor and government relationships. This civil contractor delivers complete service solutions across infrastructure, services and renewables. With in-house crews and plant and traffic teams, they work on projects including data centres, substations, road upgrades, and BESS installations. Clients include utility providers, Tier 1 builders and government bodies. Operations span across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
The team is looking for a site supervisor who can manage daily work, manage subcontractors and plant, and ensure safety and quality. You’ll be supported by a project engineer and work closely with the office to ensure deadlines are met and crews are well organised.
The team gets together quarterly for social activities that include go-karting, barefoot lawn bowls, and the odd pub lunch. The leaders are here to support and develop you, and they take a modern approach to work-life balance.
To be considered for this role, you will need at least four years of experience as a Site Supervisor, and your project experience must include the ability to read plans and engineering drawings, as well as solid construction knowledge, including set-out of slabs and holding-down bolts. A strong understanding of ITPs and the coordination of concrete testing, and experience with drilling piers and some construction slabs
Salary is up to $150k, including super, based on your experience.
